one of my friend was in similar situation as yours....he submitted certificate issued by consulate in Toronto and his file was returned. IRCC said they can't take it because its issued based on Passport. My friend then submitted file again with secondary school record which has birth date on it...

Got Nomination today. File submitted Jan 8. They also gave Work permit support letter. Not sure if they made mistake because I do not have job offer Or everyone gets it? Just wondering.

Got ADR today any of the below additional documents for the all work experience claimed that can help prove it -second reference letter from other person in the company -tax documents -provident fund etc

I believe you need to prove 3 month POF as of the day you submit file not as of the date of ITA.....

EE OR OID ? I submitted on JAN 08 (OID) but status still AR.
