I just spoke with an agent. My application went in queue for the printing room on July 20. He said it can take up to two weeks for passport to get finalized once in queue and deadline for them to send my passport is Aug 3.

I dont think it's a big deal. Agent told me my PP is in queue for printing room on 7/20. Nothing yet...I'll keep you posted

It seems like the maximum wait time from PP delivery to Approval is 20 days and wait time from PP delivery to COPR/PP is 25 days. My PP was delivered on 7/10 so I predict an Approval on Friday 7/28 or Monday 7/31 (although I feel 7/27 is my day :)). COPR delivery on Thursday 8/3.

I sent my passport on July 8 and was delivered on July 10 and still no update. Why would sending passport to Canada jeopardize your us status. You will be just stuck in the US until your passport back.

When PPR email is sent, it means the application is approved. They just need to send COPR and print visa if needed. They can't update CIC account until the process is complete. What happens after PPR is just a formality, right? If not we probably need to swtich from "wow I got the golden email"...

Thanks I hope so. I think we need a post PPR tracker as this seems to be taking time, especially for those submitting from US.

I think at this point we can just relax and wait. I was little worried about my photos but it seems they were ok since pp went to printing room. I was planning on doing the landing next weekend, it might not happen but that's ok.
