No need to translate chat/conversation logs. Some peeps translates them but it is not mandatory. All they want to see is that you have continuous and constant communication between each other and for that if the name and the time logs are in English, that would be sufficient.

For PCC it depends on your country. Some countries sends the PCC directly to IRCC, while others will give you the PCC and you are responsible to submit it to IRCC.
