Quick Police Certificate/Medical check question

Does the responsibility for submitting the results of these checks fall to the applicant/sponsor or do the police establishments and authorized medical doctors send the documentation directly to IRCC?

I am unsure on the police check, however for the medical yes they are in charge of sending the results to IRCC.

Oh I should have elaborated. By "they" I meant the medical place you went to. You or your sponsor are not in charge of sending the results.

You get an official receipt from the medical office, however.

For PCC it depends on your country.

Some countries sends the PCC directly to IRCC, while others will give you the PCC and you are responsible to submit it to IRCC.
