Im in a same situation as urs. Its really hard on marriage when u have to be separate. At times it feels like its going to be over.i was hoping to recieve ppr this month as i have noticed since start of 2018 cic has been giving ppr in the early days of a month and after mid they get quiet again...

You are right, mp can only inform about new notes like whether u are still stuck in ss or what u have cleared. My mp toldme to send request again by end of april if i dont hear anything. And then i should apply for my work permit in month of may..guys i feel very depressive.. do u think there...

My laywer askedme to discuss with mp. Ralph goodale the mp has asked me to contact on 26april if i donot receive ppr by then. And then he has asked me to apply for work permit after that date. So im waiting two weeks later i will contact the mp within a day they will inform me with the update

Also my workpermit is expiring now if i dont get ppr i will have to apply in may.

Im from pakistan. My laywer told me thats why i am being delayed. I have given 8yearz of my youth to this country.my wife and i are separated since 2.5years of our marriage nearly now. Im also in my 30th month.

We all have done everything we can, called cic many times, visited lawyers and mps..in the end i would say to everyone that all we can do is wait and pray.there is nothing we can do more to make it happen faster.

Alex did u experience the same change in ur additional documents section? Where they ask for more documents but then told that it was a glitch and nothing is needed.the cic agent toldme that and also informed me that new notes have been added in my file.i donot know what those are. Please share...

29th months since i applied for my ppr in dec 2015.

My 29th month has ended. Lets hope and pray this new month brings good news for all of us.

Called cic today. They said its a system glitch and nothing is needed.just like u said.
