Hello Guys, Can anyone tell me whats the last date a CC was charged for NOC 2173?? I tried checking the spreadsheet, but was not able to understand.

I applied in 2173 NOC which reached on 16th October. By the tracking sheet on google docs, the estimate for charging is this week, but the CAP filling estimate is august. Am I reading it wrong? can someone point to any post which explains how to read/use the Global tracking sheet?
