My application reached CIC on 16th October for 2173. I too haven't got my application back. Usually it takes 4 - 5 months. So i think Mach 2015 is the timeline... the problem is that now I have applied for EE and need an IELTS TRF which BC won't provide until I officially prove to them that CIC...

That page has been removed and I don't think they will publish those stats as EE has started. I almost checked every page on CIC. its not there and I don't think they intend to update any as that was probably the last update.

Probably not as that is not a hot NOC. Also until December end that NOC showed about 800 applications. so 200 were still open. Have faith something will turn up.
