Based on updates on Aug, Sept, Oct and Nov AOR threads, it does appear that CIC processing speed has slowed down a bit. We saw some very fast PPRs in Oct thread but not that many after October..

There are separate spreadsheets created for both Nov and Dec AORs. Have you tried filtering CEC applicants from these spreadsheets?

I believe due date is more like a internal follow up that VOs set in their case management system. There is no evidence yet on this forum to suggest that applications actually see completion before the due date that is seen in GCMS notes.

Not everyone but based on spreadsheets available, roughly 25% of applicants from Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec 2015 have been requested Schedule A/4/4a. Nothing conclusive yet about it being asked for specific group of people. It has been requested from all categories.
