As fas as i checked the NOC 1112's cap only reached in middle of August.Even if the cap was reached in May, I should be receiving some kind of communication for a rejection atleast by now right??

Hi all, My Canada FSW application had reached Visa office on July 1st. My mode of fee payment has been by Demand Draft. I can see that lot of applicants whose forms have reached after mine have been getting their PER. Any reasons??? Regards,
