My sponsor was interviewed last April 18 and they requested for my updated COE. I submitted it through email last April 22 and until now I did not receive any confirmation letter from MPNP if they already received my new COE. Should I expect email from them that they received my latest COE or...

I don't think so because one of the requirement to be nominated for MPNP you need connection in Manitoba.
