    You're right - it appears they do prioritise them. I believe in all cases, they are already in Canada and may be working. It should be relatively easier to verify their documentation.

    NOI received: 7 Feb Submitted application/AOR: 20 Feb CRS Score: 359 NOC: 4163 Status: “Submitted” I wonder: should I be worried that my OINP status hasn’t changed since I submitted almost 3 weeks ago? I’ve seen here some people move from “Submitted” to “Assessment” fairly quickly… :)

    Yes, you should be eligible with upwards of CLB7 in French and CLB6 in English. To be selected for the OINP FSSW though, you would need to select French as your first language, whether or not it reduces your current CRS scores. Have you done that? For your case, with 444, perhaps you should wait...

    Hi, With 444, you should be good for a direct ITA in the next couple of draws. However, for the Ontario French Speakers stream, you would need to write TEF/TCF Canada. https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-french-speaking-skilled-worker-stream
