CRS is 359. From what I gather, the CRS score doesn't really matter for OINP French Speakers stream. If you have at least a Bachelors degree, with 1yrs work experience and your French (TEF/TCF) score is @ least CLB7 and your English is @ least CLB6, you should get an NOI.
