It takes around 2 weeks for people to get invitation so no rush. You will get it eventually.

I called IRCC just now, they said nothing changed in my account still the same since the test completed 4 month ago. So it's just a system changing.

For my friend it took around 3 weeks to receive the certificate. I think you need the certificate to apply for passport, hopefully you can apply for urgent request then you still can make it

I think I got it too. Maybe that is just for everyone because they were changing the system. I had to reset the password and after I logged in it says "last updated Oct 7" but nothing changed on my ro application progress. Is that what you mean? Ghost update is the last update right?

It will take a month for you to receive the citizenship certificate, if you don’t have a passport how will you come back because during the oath you will have to cut your pr card?

I think it depends on luck and the country you came from, my friend is also with Scarborough and she got her citizenship. Nothing we can do.
