Please check the website. PCC does not need an appointment. Just upload your application, take a print and you can walk in tommorrow. Just check the timings on the website though for walk-in candidates

Things should move faster now, and the neglected ones may start getting some attention as 2174 applications will be returned without any processing. This would reduce a big load on CIC,as it would decrease the applications to 60% - 70%
