Once they'll start processing your application then only you'll be able to see that thru ECAS

Just checked ecas and after two days i got the passport request mail.

To know the actual status of your application, i would strongly suggest you to keep checking your ecas coz in my case cic did not change the status of mycic account untill my passport was received by them for visa stamping.
