I have a general question. Once the application is submitted with the CIC and AOR is received, does the case get transferred to the local visa office or are express entry applications handled centrally?

I ask this as this would impact the timeline as well as each office would have their own time lines.

I submitted my application on April 1st. And AOR on 7th.

But after it, still nothing happen. Even they didnt start medical. Nothing.

There's nothing wrong. There are some applicants getting updates after a month on their medicals and others took 3 weeks to re-open their applications after sending the additional documents. In other words you're not the only one experiencing that! As per CIC they noted that applications are processed within 6 months, yours is not even a month and I guess we should never compare our application timeline with others just to avoid being frustrated.

I did, but without AOR. I still didn't get it (App submitted on Apr 4). I submitted the BOWP application on Apr 12.

Do you think they will accept your application for BOWP?? coz i Have already my application ready for BOWP but i am not sure if im going to submit that until my Eligibility "PASSED"

I'm not sure if it will be accepted. My WP expired on monday, so I couldn't wait anymore. The waiting time for online processing is 50+ days, so I hope to have some status updates that allow the BOWP to continue.
At least now I can continue working, and I'll see what happens. My employer also submitted a WP extension application in parallel with an LMIA application. That's on paper, so almost 90 days of processing. So in case the BOWP is not approved, I still have the other option.
And with some dreaming, maybe my PR application is finished before the processing of these WP applications...

I submitted my application on 5th Feb, 2015 under FSW and got AOR immediately. Literally no updates since then. Anyone else in the same situation? Does anyone have any idea about my situation?

Where did you find that XEP?

Nowadays provincial nominees get their aor with XEP prefix
