Did you try to improve your English score? my score rocketed from 409 to 478 because of English. Trust me it does wonders with your score. I would suggested give celpip/IELTS again.

I checked the Indian consulate website and it appears that they ask you to mail the application to Brampton BLS service. Did you do that?

You can add foreign work ex, but I am not sure your education matters as you will get about 110 for Masters in Canada.

I just made one column in Qualification for my masters nothing else. Try doing that. Make a new profile from scratch, this is definitely an error in application.

That is very unusual, usually CRS tool is pretty accurate. I will try another application and just mention the Masters in education field. Also, make sure the English score is correct.
