May be try calling IRCC, they may give you temporary file no, so that you know your file is in the Q

We need to pay only $150 for children 75 for sponsorship and 75 for processing, there is no RPRF for children. May that's a standard letter asking for RPRF, may not be applicable to you.

You would be able to link it 2 or 3 days after application received, try different combinations and write down them, so that next time you can try other one and the no. of persons on the application also includes sponsor. It took me multiple times to successfully link.

They look fine #virk, I remember some one else also having their mailing address missing on ECAS, so it could be a software fault. Nothing to worry as far as they have ur contact details like ph no, email, home address.
