I feel your pain witty,,I too was close to having my husband,,if his medicals were good just 2 more weeks he would have been here with me, so he had to re-do medicals in Oct and iam still waiting,,,and his address disappeared over the weekend,,,this wait is very painful :'(..but all is in gods...

hey liza5 my Visa office is Rabat in Morocco,, the Doctor send the file to Paris and then after that it goes to Rabat, as of now we heard nothing. My husband only got a receipt from the Doctor that he still has with him. Not sure if he had to send that in. Did your husband send anything after...

:( well liza5 my husband re-did his medicals on Oct 20th 2011 and we are still waiting to hear from the embassy, its been now over 3 months and 2 weeks..he gave his police report at his interview way back in Sept,,all we can do is wait and wait...hope we hear something soon :)

hello iam in the same boat, my husband re-did his medicals and its 3 months this week,,iam a bit confused, are you saying after 3 months of doing the medicals it will take the embassy an addition 5-8 weeks before they call him for his PR? :( I hope not

your welcome,,,nah their not lost,,just takes time b 4 they get them,, I found the link where it say's it takes 3 months,,mind you it can happen that the embassy gets them sooner :) but this is their time frame,,hope this helps :) For temporary resident (visitor, student, worker)...
