I think that it is better for you to not declare European part of your funds. This can be a problem. However, I am not absolutely sure. If you really need, I would advise you to talk to a lawyer. Thank for your answer! I included the ready for visa letter. Actually, I am sending my passport to a friend, who will send it to Ottawa with Canada Xpresspost and another prepaid Xpresspost envelope with his Canadian address. The reason is that CPP Ottawa does not work with any prepaid courier...

I wrote that I am sending documents, because "passport + biodata + RPRF receipt + photo = documents"... What is silly ?

I agree. Send passport to your family, and they will send everything to Ottawa. There is not any point to send passport to Canadian embassy in US, because your application is in Ottawa

The problem is, legally I can not be in Canada right now (my work permit is expired). Will CIC have questions if the find out that I cannot be in Canada legally right now, but I am still using Canadian mailing address?
