Exact same status for me. I called them they said its passed to mailing department. They have to pack in envelop and send to you.

For me they said, visa is stamped and its ready for dispatch. I sent on 27 October. but no update on cic profile.

i call on same number it works for me and they said visa is stamped on your passport.

I talked to cic today and they said visa is stamped today and its dispatched from visa officer and you will receive that within 5 business days. But there is no update on cic website.

That means its delivered from canadapost but some time there internal shipping department takes time. You can talk with canadapost and confirm from them, other thing i suggest ,go to canadapost tracking and have a look there.

yeah it is documented on cic website.

Please call cic because they said it should always processed within 20 business days.
