Not yet Bro. When I emailed CPC Ottawa... I got a reply saying "Your file is currently under review at our office in Ottawa. It requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times".. I am worried about the never ending delay now...

You can get it done at your nearest Police station. You can either carry the fingerprint form or use the one in Police station. Some Police station even have the digital fingerprinting as well.
