Hi, Now I have got NOI from Ontario and I have score of 406. But my score will go down in October, due to my age criteria. Will I be able to process and get through before October?. as it might bring me below 400 and disqualify!!!. Also I don't have a birth certificate, all I was using till now...

Yes. It is the only option and WES redirects you to the respective page when we select and it goes through directly from there.
