I got a reply from MP a month ago dat everything is in order for my file n if I do not hear by mid may then they will do a follow up ... My medical expires in mid june .....dat means they are delaying unusually Have applied fr GCMS ....lets c ....don't have any option now ...at mercy of ndvo...

Somehow it seems that ndvo waits for medical expiration date fr issuing visa even if everything is passed for an individual ...they just keep the file aside even after all the chks are done n clear. This is insane ....they should issue the visa the moment they get a clearance frm all ends....

We were talking abt the quota thing last dec too....saying yearly quota has exausted... Now its fiscal year quota thing coming into picture.... ::) Lets hope april brings gud news for ppl waiting fr long.... :(

Our MP came back with a response ..... as per him everything looks in order for our file ....ndvo will contact in due course ....n if we do not hear till mid may then they will follow up with ndvo again....WTF . :o...does that mean we will have to wait dat long for visa ...I was expecting that...
