Congratulations to all..I've got a phone call from CHC saying if I can travel before my medical expires in first week of April..so I said yes and they will now call in couple of days to ask if we can collect or they'll be posting it out..so. This week a good news...yippieeee ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

hi im sponsoring my wife, on the cic.gc.ca site it says decision made:

We received your application to sponsor Gagandeep on November 8, 2012.
We started processing your application on January 17, 2013.
We sent you a letter on February 4, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and under application received it says:

We received Gagandeep's application for permanent residence on November 8, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

any ideas how much longer it will take?

It took for months to update my husbands address . The new address showed up on ecas . We had sent 2 mails for updating n had done online as well .

Once you send the mail and do the online change, eventually it will appear in eCas but i am sure they will have it in your file much before that. So nothing much to worry on that. Maybe after couple of weeks send a case specific enquiry, if you are lucky you might get a response. All the best!
