That list is from a targeted selection that took place last year. It may or may not be the targeted NOCs still. It seems this week they focused on people with job offers and people with good french level.

They don't have the 600 points yet, they were only invited to apply for OINP. They have 45 days to send their application, and then Ontario takes up to 90 days to process and give nomination to those approved. Only then will they get the 600 points for EE. Also not all the candidates that...

    Express Entry in a nutshell

If you think you can submit your application before it expires, then you probably don't need to retake it. So, yeah, compile all required documents you will need after ITA so you can be ready to submit ASAP.

That looks like a visitors visa stamp on a passport (TRV), my husband has a TRV and it's just like that but says visitor instead of immigrant. But I've never seen a CoPR though I understand it's a piece of paper (I do have my brothers PR card scan and it doesn't look like the one you shared)...

    Express Entry in a nutshell

It needs to be valid when you submit your application, so it depends on how fast you can have all your documents ready once you get an ITA. Personally, I would register to take it again, just in case.

Urgent as proof of fund is in form of Indian rupees.

Actually you can. I'll share what I did: back in 2007 when I moved to the USA I added my mother to my bank account in my country, so she could go to the bank and transfer money to my american account whenever it was needed. Nowadays Many banks allow international transfers through online...

    Spouse as dependent or not?

It's not mandatory that he take the IELTS regardless of wether he's accompanying or non-accompanying. (But there is some variation in your CRS if you choose accompanying). If he wants to study in Canada why not put him as accompanying? He'll pay less tuition as PR vs with a study permit. Also...

Urgent as proof of fund is in form of Indian rupees.

CIC will surely use the exchange rate to calculate its equivalent in CAD. Once you arrive you'll need to open a bank account in Canada and you can transfer the money from India to that account (and it will be deposited in CAD according to the exchange rate). I don't know the exact mechanisms...

Does anyone know if Ontario looks only at principal NOC or all of the NOCs in work history? Trying to figure out if we should choose one over the other (Both are NOC 0).

Maybe they are looking for specific NOCs? 436 here and no NOI as of 5 minutes ago.

Sometimes Ontario selects specific NOCs according to the province's needs. I mean not just NOC A or B or 0, but specific like software developers and such. But it's kind of a mystery what NOCs they are looking for, so posters are asking to try to figure out their intentions haha.

You're right, I was confused since you mentioned a job offer. Maybe they're selecting specific NOCs and/or haven't updated their website with the most recent NOI's sent.

I suspect he's in the Employer Job Offer stream and not the Human Capital stream, because he mentioned having a job offer.

The the tie breaker rule only applies for those with the minimum CRS score (446 in this case). All candidates with scores above that will receive an ITA regardless of the date.

Ray Of Hope - 87th Draw

It depends on the number of ITA's they are sending, not on a date. The instruction was to selct 3,000, hence they sent to the top 3,000 CRS scores, but since more people had 446 than those needed to get to 3,000 they pick the ones with the oldest profiles. So as an example lets suppose there...
