My report was due on 31 december 2019 and indeed, i was able to download my report on 31st at 6.45 pm. I was awarded bachelors for my Btech done from PTU and masters for ME done from Thapar.

The thing is that no one wants to work for free. So if you are in hurry, apply afresh by paying the fees and include all the documents in one go and you can receive your report in 2 months. Otherwise they will keep on asking same silly questions time and time again since you have not paid them.

I think you are talking about study permit here. Anyways, since you have got 5.5 in listening , i think you should retake ielts as chances of improvement in listening are great with little practise and you will be better served with a score of 6 or 6.5.

It may sound harsh but no one is going to give masters for one year program.Whatever agency you go for , it will still be evaluated as post graduate diploma if its a one year course. To get masters, you must enroll in 2 years course.
