Well the answers to your questions goes like that:
1. You should write IELTS anx try to score atleast 8777 in LRWS .If possible get even higher
2. Get your educational credentials evaluated from any of the five agencies( Do it now as it takes long time)
3. Your husband should also appear in IELTS to increase your score
4. You can not include your mother in the case in express entry .She can be sponsored later on after getting PR or can go for super visa
5. Once you get your desired IELTS score and eca, it takes max 15 days before you get invitation to apply provided you meet the cutoff. After that you get 60 days time to apply with all documentation. After applying, it takes around 8 to 9 months for PR. So if you start processing eca and ielts now , it will overall take around 15 months from now to land in canada.
Wishing you best of luck

Thank you so much for replying. I would also like to know that what if I get PR and then I sponsor my husband. I mean is it necessary to give IELTS for my husband?

Not mandatory for the dependent to take the IELTS. However, it adds points, and you need to have at least 475 points if you want to guarantee getting PR (this is given current trends, it may go up or down later in 2020).

whats your highest qualification and from which university??
Actually, cic wants a certification from any of the five designated agencies regarding equiavalency of your indian degree. At present the scenario goes like that:
1. WES is the fastest agency and evaluates all degrees in 220 dollars plus delivery charges ( 7 dollar for not tracking or 85 for tracking) but it is very strict and deoesnt recognise many indian degrees.
2. IQAS is slow and also not accepting applications till May 2020 due to high backlog but isnt that strict
3. ICAS is also temporarlily shut down i guess and is slow but lenient
4. Unicersity of Toronto CES is open these daus. Its also slow and very costly as it charhes separate fees for each degree
5. British Columbia Institute of Technology BCIT ICES also does it but i havent read much about it

The process goes like that:
1. You apply on the website of any ot the agencies, upload documents if required, make payment and receive a reference number
2. Then you go to your university and apply tuere for transcripts. Along with transcripts, university also sends your degree and DMC in a sealed envelope directly to the agency through courier. Universities charge variable amounts for that.
3. You keep on tracking status on the agency website. If everything is settled, you receive your report as per the processing times of individual agency or in some cases, agencies also go for secondary verification with your university if iy is not a well known one.

Keep in mind that before chosing an agency for evaluation, please go through this forum and find what agency gives highest value to your degree as there is high variation amongst the agencies . eg WES does not consider MBA from private university in india as Masters but gives it as post grad diploma only whereas some other agencies consider it as masters.

Then WES is not beneficial for you as it will count your masters as post graduate diploma.
IQAS is closed till may 2020.
So you can try either BCIT ICES or University of Toronto CES

Well for express entry, there is no need for any consultant whatsoever and this forum is sufficient enough for clearing all your doubts. You should immediately go for ielts and work on your educational credential asessment. Once you have those things sorted, then we can see if your score is above 460.If thats the case, you are good enough to go for express entry.

But if somehow you are not able to reach that score, then pnp is the other option that you have to look for. In some cases of pnp, consultant is required as they can help in getting job offer from canada .

But for the time being, just dont fall in trap of any consultant as they make fake promises and take hefty amounts for the same information which we are sharing through this forum.

So the roadmap for you is:
1. Apply for ECA evaluation
2. Prepare and appear in Ielts
3. Keep your one bank account debt free and have savings funds of around Indian Rs 700000/_ ( Seven lakh only) as six months statement will be required while applying

For any further queries, please feel free to get in touch
