+1 for this! Its absolutely right. No one means to discourage other applicants. Actually, I have an opposite impression. People here are very helpful, polite and generous. And try to keep a faith in success for all of us. :)

Hmm..I think you didn't look carefully... We have: - 3 app from 6/21 - 1 of them has just received his PER (with DD) - 9 app from 6/24 - 1 of them has just been charged (CC) Moreover among these 9 app 6 are DD. :P

According to this what I mentioned before and taking into account next important fact - 2174 candidates are jauntily charged up to 30.05 - I may assume that CIC Cap Update is related to freshly charged applications not to PER update. I believe today's Cap update is to 30.05 included! So there...
