After filling of all fields (the same fields as before but with different design) and pressing "continue" there is a blank white page with a small link to french language - "Francais" in the left corner. So I suppose that they are in the course of change. Can anybody confirm it?

I guess they are exactly during some changes on ECAS... For sure they are doing something now, cause changes are not stable and there is impossibility to log in.

And by the way what has happened to CPP-O? They stopped sending MR since 24.05...? I dont want to scared CPP-O applicants, but maybe now they have decided to come back to their backlogs and make a break for 2013...? :P Maybe they have "wave work" system, one time current apps - another backlogs...

The Experienced: Which immigration system is EASIER to be qualified under: EOI or present system? I know that EOI will has shorter timing and probably more convenient form of applying. But what I am asking is if participating in EOI will be easier way to get PR for any average person..??

I had the same impression...but in FSWP 2013 everybody are "In process" shortly after receiving of PER...and here is this inconvenient point which I cannot explain... :-X
