why did you even enter the lottery draw if you didn't have income. you just took a spot from someone who met requirements to sponsor their parents. Siblings cannot co-sponsor. You do not meet requirements to sponsor unless your spouse have enough income to meet LICO. This is a very sensitive issue

it depends on which bank you go to. TD tends to give people a hard time for temp. resident. RBC tends to be more lenient, as long as a Canadian is the primary holder in the account, you can add a temp. resident to joint account as secondary holder. good luck
