The visa offices should be vigilant enough to make sure that they process all the cases BEFORE the medical expires, medical test itself isn't a cheap thing, if by chance a case is dragged on so long that medical has expired (without any red flags and only cause VO wasn't able to process it...

What you are talking about is sponsor's eligibility to sponsor you, thats not the PA eligibility. Yeah I got it, thats why I asked if he see it under PA UCI or Sponsor UCI

I am using PA UCI it never shows me anything about Eligibility just shows me that they have received my medicals. Does your ECAS show eligibility passed with PA UCI?

Most of all the cases I have seen till date have the situation I described but it may be that some cases go the way you are describing. what's your timeline

Pre Arrival in fact means that you have passed eligibility. Someone who was a nikkah only case filed in NOVEMBER 2017 just got their decision made and PPR today with the gap of 2 hours... So happy for them and November people getting PPR now gives me some hope.... Hopefully in 2 months...
