if there is a Canadian embassy in Japan you can request from there. it only takes an hour or depending how busy they are

im 31 yrs old na finorge yung signature ko nung 18 pa lang ako pero yung naka sign dun sa marriage totoong judge(patay na!!!). nd daw pde invalid kasi over 25 yrs old na ako nung nalaman ko na previously married ako. kaya pina=annul ko yung marriage ko sa ex=bf ko bago ako nagpakasal nung 2011...

thanks alot, i was talking to my lawyer she told me na kailangan ma-annul muna yung marriage ko nung 2010 kya im worried baka ma trace ng embassy yun. its going to be a gamble in telling the truth. plus we have a son in=apply ko na ng proof of citizenship.

do you guys have any idea what immigration does with medical record after they expire. do they even check if you had medical before or not? i had medical last august 2010 but never send my sponsorship application.

when you file your application one document they ask for is CENOMAR. certificate of no previous marriage. knowing that I was living single all my life, i got married 2010. on my cenomar i found out my ex-bf forge my signature including my dad/mom signature.
