We're the same, I did mine back to Aug 2017 and still not pass yet, called CIC couple times been told the same thing they have received it, but don't know when it will update to CIC account or ECAS even though my MR is due next week.

was that because for SINP-OID, when you submited for your PNP the language test is mandatory? so that's why when you apply PNP to CIC you still need a language test as well even your NOC it's fall under B level.

yes, they won't do it unless u have requesting letter from CIC. If you lived in Calgary, you can go to L1- fingerprint 615 Macleod Trail SE ( just beside the line up for US Visa). If you are just about to apply for CIC, u can either do it now ( only good for 3 months) or wait for CIC request...
