    well, things happen. only thing we can do is to wait. ppl applied in Oct, Nov 2016 got their PPR already. and I dont think we will get PPR until we see our ME passed.

    I did upfront ME last Aug & still reviewing, I called CIC and told me is fine, just have to wait.

    may or may not, I called CIC & been told they have my ME result from where I upload through the Web form, and they also send a reminder email saying I already upload my ME result to someone who is working on my case, but still no update.
