Hi Nvnsuri, i have seen many cases where people got rejected due to incomplete file. I think it depends on Visa Officer wheather he wants you to send the missing documents or just close your case and move on to another. I still think that rejecting someone for a missing doc is pretty harsh.

Even i did Graduate certificate in project management in Canada but it was from a college so the main requirement was IELETS (6.5 bands) and Bachelors (60 percent or above) for me. In your case you can confirm it with the university because every institute have there own norms. Hope it helps!
