RPRF fees already paid

Hi,
I am the principal applicant with my wife and 2 kids as dependents. I have already paid the application fees together with the RPRF fees totalling CAD 2380 (CAD 1040 per person and CAD 150 per kid). Yet, I received RPRF request from CIC today stating that I need to pay the RPRF fees. I am also required to upload the fees receipt back with the appliction.

Any advice, what should I do now?
