Same thing for me...4 weeks after my passport reach they said,,,they have not got yet due to high volume.. I sent a mail one week mail again and no reply... if they confirm that they have my package..i would not worry much.

who ever not received passports back with in two or three weeks time frame, you have to assume that, CIC is doing additional background checks based on our passport visa entries. I red this in this forum or some other, some one contacted his/her MP and he got this message.

Both points are invalid...I paid when I submitted application and I got PPR very late...and my passport reached 21st feb and no response....

Your details can also be added but I do not think you really need to worry about that. the main idea is to find out if passports are in safe place... if some one sent his PP more than a month back and did not get any messages back then he needs to be worried and can take further action.. Syed

Hi CIC never asked me to get the finger prints done. so I have no idea how it works. but I agree with "dumdumhogayamein" these certificates are they only accept in Original. No photo or scanned copies.... Regards Syed
