4th line updated today. Wait for the diamond PPR mail begins. PS: Changing the communication address to US from India delayed the process by at least 1 month in my case

:) Brother in my opinion it does have an impact. If I were in India I would have gotten my passports stamped by now 100% because we updated my communication address with ndvo, now the ppr will come for submission of passports to a VO based on our current location... Just my 2 cents...

Sharing my story: FSW app file date 7th May MR done and submitted in October 2014. Travelled out of country and send communication address change mail to NDVO. This caused delay in application processing and after seeing spreadsheet I can see that PPRs have been sent for even 19th May...
