Hi Cindy, I am sorry you have been going through that. I would say that as long as you mentioned them on your application (which you probrably did) I would just leave it and just tell them this if they ask you. Otherwise try calling and an agent should be able to advice you if it is worth it...

I hope it registers so they can see people like me that needs to try more than 20x and maybe get lucky to be actually able to see their home page. Over a week without being able to login no matter what you try seems a bit ridiculous for a goverment page

Yes I got that on the recording too but, this week I got a ghost update follow by DM on sponsor side the next day (no e-mails yet). Hard to believe the call centre at times :-/

I am august applicant also and they started processing PR application on Feb. 20th...

Mine says the same, either they haven't updated or they are just not on that stage. This is normal though, don't worry

We send our sponsorship on August 2018 and they started processing on Feb. 2019... hang in there

Sponsorship Approval

The call centre rep told me I was non restorable that is why I am so confused. I want this done so I can feel normal again and my partner can see me smile again! :-(
