technically , it will be hard for you to get urgent passport that early .. however you can explore other options like getting temp traveling documents from can embassy abroad .. it will atleast let you come back without any issue .. i dont know much about these procedures but you might wanna...

sorry , i am an clean slate, with no history of anything shoddy.if they doubt you they will ask for one.i guess in my case they don't need one,because they did not ask for anything else :) probably the next step is for me to get test date, no other queries at all.
