PLease beware that any misrepresentation from your side may affect your PR status forget about your boy friend's PR. Better consult a lawyer and take your next steps. There may be lot of postive options where lawyer can suggest.

By The day on which you send the application you should complete 12 momths of experience so my suggestion is to please wait and then send. There are numerous cases which got rejected due to the same.
