could it be that alot of those indians sponsors only became permanent resident a few years ago and already had their wife and stuff examined as non accompanying family members back then and it makes it faster for the gov to process their spouse sponsorship this time around?

thats the thing that I have always wondered with common in law, lets say that at the time of applying you have been living together for 8 years but only got decent proofs for the last 3years,will canada ask for proofs of 8 years of cohabitation ?
