Did you check your spam mail? The subject of the PPR email is "ready for visa". If still no PPR mail try sending CIC an email inquiring about PPR.

Most likely you'll have COPR and PR Visa stamped before your trip in September. You can then complete landing while coming back from India. Your wife can complete hers when she comes back later. I am assuming you are the principal applicant.

No, it's been 3 days only since they received my Passport. On average it takes around 7-8 days for stamping after CIC receives the passport.
