My friend experience of School Teacher for more than 10 years, with IELTS general with each 7 wishes Australian PR. He can apply 189, but assessment needs from AITSL, that shows IELTS Academic with LRWS = 8,7,7,8 respectively. Kindly guide him.

AORs are issued before maximum 160 days, from the date the files are received. During which most of the DDs have 7-14 days, before expiry. So, O INP gets enough time to encash. If somehow, any delay, DDs would be returned for reissue from Bank.
