I called cic in early July and my security was in the queue to be processed. Called cic again 2 weeks ago and they said my security had been initiated and in process. Bases on my case, it took 2-3 weeks. My visa office is Sydney - CIO

Communicate with your PNP office and update their records instead. Ask them if you should also notify cic but they will probably say "not needed".

Yea if your file number is from October, you should not expect anything until mid September - November.

Probably means that your security is done. Expect PPR in the next few days.

I called yesterday and agent said mine started; At "Validation" stage of security. 2 weeks ago agent said they had not started. Just wait 2-3 weeks and call again to see.
