Hi Cannis, yes, English test is a must for the Master stream. I applied to the PhD stream and English test is not required for that. I was never required to provide IELTS score (or any other) on the e-Filling portal.

I got approved today. Submitted March 1, Ph.D. stream. It seems that everybody who submitted already got a notification. Good luck to everyone still waiting or those who just applied in the new round that started today.
