Hey Temmy, The trend is that DDs take fewer more days than CCs - up to 2 weeks sometimes. This is because CIC deposits the DDs in their bank account and like all DDs and chqs they go through the clearing process, if drawn on another bank. Now, the no of days of clearing depends on the paying...

Hey rajig, You never know for sure, but truth is cap may have been reached before 30 December. Remember the last CIC update indicated a total of 822 applications including those waiting for MI review.

@kerdek, you do not need a duplicate report from WES. That was a peculiar case. CIC had contacted WES regarding the applicant's ECAS report that it wasn't the required report for the FSWP program so WES contacted the applicant on how to resolve the issue which is by ordering a duplicate report...

You should immediately order this duplicate report from WES via the link provided. It takes just 1 business day so I would advice that you apply NOW so they can notify CIC, who will then access the report online tomorrow (before they put aside you application package). Hurry! BTW, it means you...
