My previous profile became ineligible so I jus re made it..It took me 20 minutes since i was timing to get in before the 1:50 UTC last saturday hoping there was a draw .

It essentially means someone from CIC has verified and screened your profile.This email goes out whenever someone from CIC reviews your profile. Thanks

Ok guyz one more theory --> :P .Hopefully this week we might see a draw. I keep seeing messages that my profile is updated every weekend, my score is 940 . I think CIC is skimming EE data to decide when to issue ITA and if adequate people are available with a job offer/PNP . Thanks
