PCC must be obtained from passport offices only .. There has been cases in the past where CIC has rejected applications for getting clearance from local police stations!

Yes there is a general trend that PNP (inland or outland) are processed faster than other categories however we got to be giving CIC their 6 months commitment time and as far as i know they are processing most of the applications within 6 months. Good luck!

You can land anywhere in Canada however you will have to show the intent to moving to Sask also note that after landing you need to provide a SASK address for the PR card to be delivered.

If you see on your notes A11.2 eligibility is MET, then you are fine. CIC has requested for updated PoF for borderline cases where exchange rate fluctuations reduces the PoF, nothing to worry.

As far as I understand , every application is reviewed by an analyst and once the analyst recommends that your eligibility is met it goes to an officer for his review and approval. I guess your eligibility requirements are being scrutinised at this stage. Order GCMS notes if you need clear...
